These are extraordinary times and if we are to protect our people, extreme measures need to be taken. Fiskens provides an essential service and will remain open and able to meet your needs. But please bear with us as the alert level status affects our operations. As the situation can change at any time, please check our current status at hrfisken.co.nz or on our Facebook page before coming to the Saddlery.
Reduced Hours
We will be open 9am-4pm Monday to Friday, closed Saturdays and Sundays. We will do our best to maintain these regular hours but please check hrfisken.co.nz or our Facebook page for updates.
Staff Protection
You will see various staff protection measures in place, including staff wearing masks and the appropriate 2m physical distancing length. We ask you to please comply with store signage and staff direction to maintain physical distancing.
Shop Online
You can order a range of feed and Saddlery items online at hrfisken.co.nz.
Online orders will be couriered to you asap. However, for larger size orders of more than 2 bags of feed, pet or poultry feed (20kg-25kg) it will probably be quicker for you to pick up your website order at the Saddlery, 295 Tuakau Road, Pukekohe.
If ordering feed online to collect yourself it is essential to include your car registration, mobile number and date/time you will collect your online order,
so we can have everything ready for you and minimize personal contact.
When collecting website ordered feed, please stay in your car
If you have ordered feed online and will come collect it yourself, please include your car registration, mobile number and the date/time you’ll be collecting when you make your order. That way we will be able to prepare everything and place it in your car boot or trailer, to minimize personal contact. Please remain in your car while we do this.
Collecting website ordered saddlery items
The doors to the saddlery will be shut, so there's no browsing for items at the moment. Orders will be taken at the door, but you do need to know exactly what you want to buy. We will only be accepting eftpos transactions. Cash or cheques will not be accepted.
If you ordered online and indicated you'd be picking up your order, just give your details to our staff member at the door and they will bring everything out to you.
Existing Account Holders
Account holders, please email if possible to arrange deliveries as we expect phone lines to be very busy. Our Fiskens delivery truck will continue to deliver your orders as usual.
